Quick answer:
- TrackPoint Calls records, transcribes and scores your team’s sales calls on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. The notetaker joins automatically from your Google or Outlook calendar.
- After every call, everyone on the invite gets a recap with the summary and next steps, and the rep gets a score, what they did well and specific coaching tips.
- Before a call, reps can practice that exact meeting with an AI roleplay. After it, the weak moments turn into new roleplays automatically. Practice, record, improve, every call.
We built TrackPoint to help people practice the conversations that matter. Practice only gets you so far, though, if nobody sees what happens on the real call. TrackPoint Calls closes that gap. It reviews every sales call your team takes, sends the recap, and trains each rep on what it finds.
Why we built it
Most sales managers want to coach every rep. The math doesn’t let them.
Reviewing a call takes as long as the call itself. Take a manager with 8 reps who spends 30 minutes a week reviewing calls with each rep and another 30 minutes training each one. That’s 8 hours of the manager’s week, and it still only covers one call per rep. The rest of the calls never get heard.
We heard the same story from sales leaders over and over. They had recordings. Some had expensive call tools. What they didn’t have was time to turn any of it into coaching. So the calls piled up, and reps kept making the same mistakes on the next one.
TrackPoint Calls does the listening for you, then does the coaching too.
How it works
TrackPoint Calls covers the whole call, from the night before to the follow-up.
Before the call
Connect your Google or Outlook calendar once. TrackPoint finds your upcoming external meetings and puts a Practice button on each one.

Say a rep has a discovery call with a new prospect on Thursday. On Wednesday night, they hit Practice. TrackPoint builds a roleplay for that specific meeting, researched from the prospect’s company, and the rep rehearses out loud against an AI buyer who pushes back. With Semantic Reasoning, the buyer keeps details like budget to themselves until the rep asks the right question, just like a real one would.
During the call
The TrackPoint Notetaker joins your Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meeting automatically. Nobody has to remember to hit record.
You stay in control. Reps can switch the notetaker off for any meeting ahead of time, turn off auto-join altogether, or stop recording in the middle of a call. Recorded a call somewhere else? Upload the audio file and it’s scored the same way.
After the call
A few minutes after the call ends, three things happen:

- Everyone on the invite gets a recap. The email has a summary of the meeting and the agreed next steps, so the follow-up is done before the rep opens their inbox. (Need to write your own? Our follow-up email templates cover the common cases.)
- The rep gets a scored analysis. Every call is scored on a sales scorecard, with what the rep did well and specific tips on what to change next time.
- Weak moments become practice. If a rep stumbled on a pricing objection, a roleplay with an AI buyer who pushes back on price the same way shows up automatically, assigned with a passing score.
Reps can also hit Copy for AI to paste a call’s notes, scores and transcript into ChatGPT or Claude and draft a tailored follow-up in seconds.
What managers see
Managers and admins get a view of every call and every score across the team, without opening a single recording.
Picture a sales manager on a Friday afternoon. Instead of picking two calls at random to listen to, she opens the team view. Four reps are scoring well. One is consistently skipping the budget question, and the flagged moment is right there. She doesn’t need to listen to the whole call. The roleplay for that moment is already assigned, and next week she’ll see whether the score moved.
That’s the shift: the manager’s time goes into the one conversation that matters, not eight hours of audio. Our guide on how to coach sales reps without listening to every call walks through the weekly routine, and our free sales call scorecard template shows what a good scorecard looks like.
How it fits with practice and training modules
TrackPoint Calls isn’t a separate product bolted on. It’s the other half of what TrackPoint already does.
Teams already build roleplays from their playbooks, scripts and past calls in under 30 minutes, start to finish, and bundle them with short lessons into training modules with due dates and passing scores. Calls connects that practice to what actually happens with customers.
Practice before the call. Record and score the real one. Practice the moments that went wrong. Then do it again on the next call. One loop, in one tool.
Who it’s for
TrackPoint Calls is built for sales teams of 3 to 100 reps who want every call reviewed and every rep coached, without hiring more managers or buying a separate enterprise call platform.
It’s also optional. Plenty of our customers run training programs for onboarding, new managers or customer support using only training modules and roleplays. That keeps working exactly as it does today. Calls is there for teams who want their real conversations in the loop too.
Privacy and consent
When the notetaker joins, it posts a message in the meeting chat saying it’s TrackPoint’s AI notetaker and that an AI-written summary may be emailed to the people on the invite. Anyone who’d rather not be recorded can ask the host to remove it, and a call the host removes the notetaker from is never processed.
Reps can see who has access to their calls (themselves and their team’s admins), and your data is stored in the United States, Canada or Europe. We never use your recordings, transcripts or any customer data to train our own or anyone else’s AI models. Details are on our security page.

Frequently asked questions
What is TrackPoint Calls?
TrackPoint Calls is TrackPoint’s AI call recording and coaching feature for sales teams. It records and scores every external sales call, emails a recap with the summary and next steps to everyone on the invite, and turns weak moments into AI roleplay practice for the rep.
Does TrackPoint record Zoom calls?
Yes. The TrackPoint Notetaker joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls automatically from your Google or Outlook calendar. You can also upload recordings from other tools to have them scored.
Is TrackPoint an AI notetaker?
Yes, and more. Like an AI notetaker, it records, transcribes and summarizes your meetings. Unlike most notetakers, it also scores each call against a sales scorecard and trains reps on what it finds with AI roleplays.
How is TrackPoint different from Gong or Fathom?
Gong and Fathom record and analyze calls. TrackPoint does that too, then coaches the rep: weak moments on real calls become AI roleplays, and reps can practice any upcoming meeting before it happens. See our full TrackPoint vs Gong comparison.
Do attendees know they’re being recorded?
Yes. The notetaker posts a message in the meeting chat explaining that it’s TrackPoint’s AI notetaker and that a summary may be emailed to the people on the invite. Anyone can ask the host to remove it, and a call the host removes it from is never processed.
Can reps turn the notetaker off?
Yes. Reps can switch it off for any meeting, turn off auto-join completely, or stop recording in the middle of a call.
Does TrackPoint use call recordings to train AI?
No. TrackPoint never uses customer data, including recordings and transcripts, to train its own or any other company’s AI models. You choose whether your data lives in the United States, Canada or Europe.
