Quick answer:
- Hyperbound, Yoodli, Outdoo, PitchMonster, FullyRamped and TrackPoint all use Gong calls to drive AI roleplay. In most of them, an admin picks the calls by hand.
- Gong has its own AI roleplay too. AI Trainer builds voice practice from Gong call links, and it’s part of the Gong Enable plan.
- TrackPoint imports Gong calls automatically, scores them on your scorecard and assigns roleplays from the weak moments. No Gong? Its own notetaker records Zoom, Meet and Teams calls.
Plenty of AI roleplay tools that integrate with Gong can turn recorded calls into practice, but they work very differently. Some sync and score every call, some wait for an admin to pick one, and some “integrate with Gong” only to drop recordings into training content. Here’s which is which, and where Gong’s AI Trainer fits.
AI roleplay tools that integrate with Gong, compared
The big split is automatic versus manual. Most tools need someone to choose which Gong calls become practice, and only a few score the real calls on a rubric you set.
| Tool | Gong link for roleplay | What it does with Gong calls | Scores real calls on your rubric? | Practice auto-assigned? | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TrackPoint | Automatic, connected once by an admin | Imports every call, scores it, turns weak moments into roleplays | Yes, your TrackPoint scorecard | Yes, with a passing score | Our product |
| Gong AI Trainer (Enable) | Native; admin pastes call links | Drafts a persona and scenario the admin edits and publishes | Gong’s AI call reviewer, on scorecards the admin picks | Not described | Gong Help Center |
| Hyperbound (Perform plan) | Automatic sync or manual import | Pulls calls in and scores them | Yes, a scorecard you choose | Not described | Hyperbound support |
| Yoodli | Pulls each rep’s scored calls | Builds a follow-up roleplay from the rep’s own call | Uses Gong’s scores | Not described | Yoodli |
| Outdoo | Manual: pick recordings | Turns them into practice scenarios | Scores the practice, not the call | Not described | Outdoo |
| PitchMonster | OAuth, Gong Tech Admin | Generates roleplays from transcripts and call metadata | Not described | Not described | Gong Collective |
| FullyRamped | Manual: pick a call | Creates an AI “Practice Prospect” | Not described | Not described | FullyRamped |
| Kendo | Imports calls | Not described after import | Not described | Not described | Kendo |
| Quotain | Connects “for setup and research” | Feeds setup and in-app assistants | Its blog says yes | Not described | Quotain changelog |
“Not described” means we didn’t find it on the linked vendor pages, checked November 2, 2026. Atlas Primer is also on the Gong Collective for roleplays built from Gong insights.
Gong integrations that aren’t for roleplay:
| Tool | What the Gong integration does | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Highspot (now part of Seismic) | Content events show up in Gong; Gong calls can go into training courses and sales plays | Gong Collective |
| Seismic | Content engagement goes to Gong; Gong calls can be embedded in Seismic Learning lessons | Seismic Learning help |
| Mindtickle | Enable Us by Mindtickle shares Gong recordings with buyers in digital sales rooms | Gong Collective |
| Docebo | Docebo Connect workflows share Gong calls to learning channels | Docebo |
| Sybill | Reads calls recorded in Gong for answers and follow-ups | Sybill |
Does Gong have AI roleplay?
Yes. Gong’s AI Trainer lets reps practice by voice against scenarios built from real Gong calls. It’s part of Gong Enable, which Gong announced on February 25, 2026.
Per Gong’s help center, an admin pastes links to Gong calls or snippets, Gong’s AI drafts a buyer persona and scenario, and the admin edits, tests and publishes it. Gong’s AI call reviewer scores each session against a scorecard the admin chooses. AI Trainer is listed on the Enable plan, so access depends on your plan and seat.
In June 2026, Gong announced Dry Run, which lets reps start a rehearsal straight from an upcoming calendar invite.
If you’re on Gong Enable, try AI Trainer first. Building scenarios is admin work, though, and Gong’s pages don’t describe weak moments on a rep’s real call automatically becoming an assigned roleplay. Gong doesn’t publish Enable pricing.
How do you turn Gong calls into roleplays?
Connect Gong, pick the moments worth practicing, build a scenario, assign it with a passing score, then check the next real call:
- Connect Gong. A Gong admin usually does this once, with OAuth or an API key.
- Pick the moments. Either someone listens and chooses calls, or the tool scores every call and flags where reps slipped.
- Build the roleplay. Give the AI buyer the same objection, the same pushback and the same hidden details.
- Assign it with a passing score. A passing score and a due date tell the rep when they’re done, and tell the manager who hasn’t started.
- Check the next real call. If the rep handles the moment better live, it worked. If not, adjust the scenario.
Most tools in the table handle steps 1 and 3. Step 2 eats the hours, because someone has to sit through each call start to finish. Our guide on coaching reps without hearing every call shows how to cut those hours down.
TrackPoint runs all five steps on its own. Say a rep named Lucia stalls when a buyer asks, “Why are you twice the price of what we use now?” The call lands in Gong, TrackPoint pulls it in, scores it on your team’s scorecard and flags that moment. Next morning, an AI buyer is waiting in Lucia’s assignments with that exact question and a passing score to hit. Her manager, Kwame, watches the score climb in the team view without opening the recording.
TrackPoint
TrackPoint is AI sales training built on your real calls: it reviews them, then trains reps on the gaps. An admin connects Gong once for the whole org, and from then on calls import automatically, get scored on your sales scorecard, and weak moments become assigned voice roleplays. Its AI buyers use Semantic Reasoning, which keeps things like budget or the real objection out of reach until the rep earns them with good questions. Data stays in the US, Canada or Europe and is never used to train AI models, and plans are on our pricing page.

Gong AI Trainer
AI Trainer is the first stop if you already pay for Gong Enable. The tradeoff is setup: an admin picks the calls and shapes each scenario. See TrackPoint vs. Gong.
Hyperbound
Hyperbound’s Gong integration is one of the most automatic: add a Gong API key and new calls get picked up “on the next sync cycle” and scored. Real-call scoring sits on its Perform plan, per Hyperbound’s pricing page. Its blog says Gong insights can feed roleplay scenarios; the support doc doesn’t describe roleplays assigned from each scored call.
Yoodli
Yoodli’s Gong page says it “pulls in each rep’s scored calls” and builds “a follow-up roleplay built from that rep’s own conversation.” The scoring comes from Gong, so it fits best when your Gong scorecards are already in shape.
Outdoo
Outdoo imports the Gong recordings you pick and turns them into practice scenarios with custom personas and goals. Its Gong page and blog describe choosing which recordings to import, and the scoring applies to the practice attempts.
PitchMonster
PitchMonster is on the Gong Collective and generates roleplays from Gong transcripts and selected call metadata. A Gong Tech Admin makes the first connection, and only PitchMonster admins generate roleplays.
Do you need Gong to use AI roleplay?
No. Most AI roleplay tools work from scripts, playbooks or uploaded recordings. Without real calls, though, you’re guessing what reps need to practice.
TrackPoint covers that without Gong. Its notetaker joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls from the rep’s Google or Outlook calendar, and you can upload any recording by hand. Every call gets the same scoring and automatic roleplays. For roleplay tools beyond Gong, we compared the best AI sales roleplay software.
Frequently asked questions
Which AI roleplay tools integrate with Gong?
TrackPoint, Hyperbound, Yoodli, Outdoo, PitchMonster, FullyRamped, Kendo, Quotain and Atlas Primer all describe a Gong integration, and Gong has its own AI Trainer in Gong Enable. Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, Docebo and Sybill connect to Gong, but not for roleplay.
Does Gong have AI roleplay?
Yes. AI Trainer, part of Gong Enable, builds voice roleplays from Gong calls an admin picks, and Dry Run, announced in June 2026, starts a rehearsal from a calendar invite. Ask your Gong rep whether your license includes Enable.
Can you turn Gong calls into roleplays?
Yes. Gong’s AI Trainer, Outdoo, PitchMonster, Yoodli, FullyRamped and TrackPoint all build practice from Gong calls. In most, an admin picks calls by hand; TrackPoint imports them automatically and assigns roleplays from weak moments.
Do I need Gong to use AI roleplay?
No. Standalone roleplay tools build practice from scripts and playbooks. TrackPoint also records Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls with its own notetaker, or you can upload recordings.
Can I score Gong calls with my own scorecard outside Gong?
Yes. Hyperbound scores imported Gong calls against a scorecard you choose, per its support doc. TrackPoint scores every imported Gong call on your team’s TrackPoint scorecard and turns low-scoring moments into practice.
Who sets up a Gong integration?
Usually a Gong admin. PitchMonster and FullyRamped need a Gong Tech Admin, Hyperbound needs a Gong API key, and in AI Trainer an admin builds each scenario. In TrackPoint, an admin connects Gong once for the whole org.
Docebo AI roleplay vs Hyperbound: which works with Gong?
Hyperbound, if you mean roleplay. Docebo’s Gong integration is a Docebo Connect workflow that shares Gong calls to learning channels, and its page doesn’t link Gong to Docebo’s AI Roleplay product. Hyperbound imports Gong calls and scores them in Hyperbound Perform.
Three questions to ask before you connect Gong
Ask each vendor: does the import run on its own, are real calls scored on your rubric, and does practice get assigned without a manager stepping in? The answers show how much of the loop stays on your managers.
