TrackPoint.ai been featured by the University of Saskatchewan (USask). The article, titled “Saskatchewan-based innovator sets sights on global market,” highlights the journey from an engineering classroom to building an enterprise-grade AI training platform.
For our corporate clients and educational partners, this feature is more than just a founder’s story. It underscores the rigorous, engineering-led approach we take to solving one of the most expensive problems in the modern workplace: the gap between learning a soft skill and actually executing it under pressure.
Here is a look at the milestones celebrated in the USask feature and what our global expansion means for the organizations that rely on TrackPoint.ai.
An Engineering Approach to Corporate Communication
As a USask engineering graduate (BE’22), Jay Shah set out to solve real-world issues in a massively scalable way. The result became TrackPoint.ai: a platform that creates artificial intelligence (AI) simulations for corporate training and education.
In the corporate world, training often fails because it lacks structured, measurable practice. We applied an engineering mindset to this human problem. Instead of relying on subjective feedback and expensive live role-play, our platform delivers data-driven, context-aware coaching. As highlighted in the article, our simulations are built to be tailored to users’ unique needs, covering everything from negotiation practice and sales training, to presentations and meeting preparation.
Sights Set on the Global Market
While our roots are firmly planted in the Canadian prairies, the communication challenges we solve are universal. Whether it is a sales director in New York trying to cut BDR ramp time in half, or an HR leader in London helping managers master difficult feedback, the need for scalable AI practice is global.
Today, our growing team is headquartered at Innovation Saskatchewan’s Research and Technology Park in Saskatoon, surrounded by a thriving community of innovators. As we move through 2026, our sights are set on expanding into the global marketplace. As Jay noted in the feature, “The products we’re building, they’re made in Saskatchewan, but they’re not just for Saskatchewan, they’re for the world”.
We are incredibly grateful to the University of Saskatchewan for their continued support and for highlighting our journey. We look forward to continuing to build tools that give every professional the practice they need to communicate with confidence.
